‘Quite simply, world class’
As a Commercial manager on a multi-national project, one of my key concerns is securing comfortable, suitable housing for my staff. Many of the staff members are highly demanding and have exceptionally high expectations on housing. Thankfully, whilst working on a project in Dalby, Queensland, we at Siemens were able to utilize services provided by Bunya Vista. We found the housing units to be, quite simply, World Class in nature. In addition to exceptionally clean, comfortable units, the owner and her team were highly flexible in delivering value added services that increased the comfort of our staff. Perhaps equally as important, the location of Bunya Vista is superb; access to the town centre is simple, along with Dalby’s fine shops, boutiques, café’s and supermarkets stocked with local and international foods. Even with these exceptional attributes, we found Bunya Vista to be exceptionally advantageous economically, on par price wise with local hotels and motel’s that cannot approximate the comfort, cleanliness and service provided at Bunya Vista. I strongly recommend utilization of Bunya Vista to address Corporate Housing Requirements whilst working in Dalby and the area.

‘Best place to stay in Dalby Queensland Australia’
My wife and I came to Dalby on a temporary job assignment from USA in October 2011 for a business project. This was our first visit to Australia and we were a little concerned about living in a small town coming from a mid-sized city in the US. However, our trepidations were put to rest the moment we drove into our driveway of our accommodation (3/56 Bunya St., Dalby) The townhouse had a spacious well-furnished living room, adjoining dining area and a spacious kitchen, well equipped with all utensils, silverware, cups and glasses, bowls, plates and everything one would typically look for; we felt at home right away. Everything was spick and span, hooked up with phone, pay TV, Internet access and other amenities. My wife and I felt perfectly at home and were quite relieved. The townhouse is close (walking distance) to supermarket, shopping mall, main street, parks, restaurants etc. We spent a very pleasant 7 weeks at the residence (our home-away-from-home) and took a vacation for 3 weeks and then were fortunate enough to stay in the same townhouse to complete our project. We love ‘Bunya Vista’ and the hosts were wonderful and most hospitable.

‘Home away from home’
We recently spent eight months in a townhouse at Bunya Vista Dalby and found it to be a “home away from home”. The house was very well fitted and comfortable and so much was in walking distance. The hospitality we received made the stay very enjoyable and, on the rare occasions that repairs were needed, they were fixed quickly. By the time we returned home we felt like we were a part of the family. We would look forward to staying there again if the opportunity presents itself.

‘Well presented and has everything you could ask for’
What a pleasant change to the usual “holiday/short term accommodation”. The unit is very well presented and has everything you could ask for – even the cake mixer! If you are looking for self contained accommodation for yourself and your loved ones in Dalby then this is the place to stay.

‘Just like being in your own home’
We found the Bunya Vista Townhouse on-line, while hunting for somewhere to stay with our 11 month old baby – and all the extra room that a small child seems to require. Our host was extremely helpful on the phone ahead of our stay, and was readily available though unobtrusive once we’d arrived. The townhouse was large, clean, beautifully furnished, and had ticked all the boxes promised in the website; including a kitchen that had everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms were large, with good wardrobes, and the bed lovely and comfy. We were provided with a full size cot and linen, as well as a high-chair and plastic implements for the bub.. touches that you don’t get with motel rooms. The collection of books on the shelves were a lovely touch. And we made good use of the excellent laundry facilities, the outdoor clothes line, and the fresh rosemary growing in the garden! Nothing is terribly far from anywhere else in Dalby – but the townhouse is quite central while thankfully also being away from the noisy highways. I can say honestly – there was nothing we disliked about our stay! We’d love to be able to drop in again, next time we’re in that part of the world.

‘A Place for executive types that like to cook’
The apartment was well appointed, clean (exceptionally clean) and has great selection of utensils for the budding chef in all of us. Normally when we travel we tend to dine out a lot however staying for the weekend in Dalby on business I was keen to revive my culinery skills after using the well appointed kitchen at the apartment. We enjoyed the range of other quality appointments as well including the massive widescreen plasma TV and DVD. All in all we found ourselves spending the majority of our stay at the apartment itself. ‘Home away from home’
We highly recommend Bunya Vista Accommodation for the following reasons. The apartments are beautifully decorated, spacious and exceptionally clean. We found Bunya Vista Accommodation very convenient, close to schools and shops, yet, it is located in a quiet street, away from the main roads and traffic noise. We enjoyed our privacy while staying there and our two children enjoyed it just as much as the park is walking distance from the units. We also appreciated the warm welcome we received. So, we really highly recommend Bunya Vista Accommodation to anybody looking for accommodation in Dalby. You will feel as if you are home, away from home !

‘Bunya Vista – Highly Recommended!’
I stayed at Bunya Vista for 3 weeks for work related purposes. While my stay was only brief, I had the pleasure of experiencing 5 star accommodation and the best at offer in Dalby. The unit was cozy and comfortable, fully furnished and equipped with all the modern necessities for a family or an individuals needs. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend Bunya Vista accommodation to anyone seeking it in Dalby.
